Limited Warranty
Vapor Industries is a non-transferable warranty to the purchaser of Vapor product purchased from an authorized Vapor Industries reseller. Vapor warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a specified period commencing on the date of purchase. The warranty period will for all machines is ten years, as identified in your user documentation, on the product package, or as listed in the attached listing of Vapor Industries Warranty Periods. In the event any of these warranty periods differ, the longest specified warranty period will apply. After you invest in one of our fabulous products, we consider it our duty to make sure you are completely satisfied with our product (100% Satisfaction Guaranteed).
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from, but not limited to, any of the following:
-Wear and tear associated with normal use any modification, abuse, accident, disassembly, misapplication, or unauthorized repair
-Removal of any manufacturer label(s) or sticker(s)
-Any improper operation, including any use not in accordance with any supplied product instructions
-Connection to any improper voltage supply
-Use of consumables, not supplied by Vapor Industries, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable local law
-Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect in materials or workmanship
-Also excluded from this warranty are counterfeit products
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Before submitting a warranty claim, we suggest you contact our technical support group at 1800-332-Vapor for technical assistance. A simple fix for your problem may be found and Vapor will send a technician within 48 hours to your location free of charge.
Valid warranty claims should be processed through your point of purchase during the first thirty days after purchase. This period may vary depending on where you purchased your product; please verify the return policy with the retailer where you purchased your product from. Any warranty claims that cannot be processed through your original point of purchase should be addressed directly to Vapor Industries. Vapor Industries have conveniently placed an online Warranty Claim Form that can be accessed at your convenience.
